We originally listed for sale by owner because we did not have a good experience with a precious realtor. Brenda initially contacted me to show the house as she had someone looking for a log home. She was very professional and kept me in the loop as to whether or not they would come to view the home as it was during COVID and I worked from home. Brenda was always very professional and when her clients didn’t want to view, due to the distance from their work, I began thinking I might give her a try. She more than wowed us from the get go and very pleased that we made the decision to let her list and sell our house!!
